Pre-Order Items
If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be held until the pre-order is ready to ship.

Duties, Taxes & Customs-related Fees
We ship from Canada.

International buyers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, customs fees, and brokerage fees.

If you refuse to pay and the package is returned or destroyed:

No refund will be issued for shipping

Store credit may be issued (minus return/customs costs) only if we receive the item in resellable condition

If it’s damaged or destroyed, no credit or refund will be issued

We do not undervalue or mislabel shipments.
If another store promises to "bypass customs," they may not be operating legally.
Address & Language Restrictions

Non-English characters or symbols will delay your order while we confirm the details

We cannot change the recipient info after dispatch

If you request a change after shipping, carrier correction fees will apply (at your expense). This service is not guaranteed, as carriers have the right to refuse.

Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Check around your property – porch, side door, lobby, mailbox, etc.

Ask others – roommates, neighbours, reception, or building staff.

Wait 24–48 hours – Carriers sometimes scan packages early.

Contact the carrier – They may provide GPS scan data or delivery details.
